Description
This unique program lead by a bereaved parent, teaches easy-to-use but potent mind-body techniques that honor the process of grieving, while learning to release and heal heavily conflictive emotions commonly experienced by grieving parents and family members after the traumatic loss of a loved-one. Each class, by design, aims to evoke a graceful and peaceful state of mind to reclaim inner-strength, faith and self-love towards oneself. At the end of the session, a debrief session will follow allowing for questions, comments and general sharing.
Please note: there will be no meet up in December, 2020.
