Steven Starosto

Steven is a senior managing IT consultant in his 21st year.  He is proficient in leadership and liaison skills, executive business and technical level interactions, engaging in difficult conversations and managing uncertainty with politically savvy and tact.  Steven’s past roles have included providing professional program, product owner, scrum master and project management services and organizational leadership for up to one hundred fifty people on staff.  He is well known for successfully aligning, mitigating and delivering successful outcomes, acting as the product evangelist, while saving costs and time for non-profit organizations.  The teams he has been fortunate to lead and manage have collaborated on successful development implementation and migrations, ensuring positive and long-lasting results.
