- Preregistration required prior to attending 24 hours in advance
- Minimum of 4 participants registered is required
For individuals who wish to learn and practice simple meditation techniques designed to awaken latent inner healing potentials. The essence or purpose of the exercises varies and will focus on specific life challenges, all related to healing, health and well-being. Each class, by design, aims to evoke a different experience to gain insight, inspiration and guidance.
Note: There will NOT be a session in December 2019.
